On Tuesday evenings, we pack up the pups and drive to the Show Barn (Grooming Building), at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. It is about one half hour from home. Here we participate in handling classes, which begin at either 7 or 8 pm. The pups get a lot of time to socialize, trot around the ring and get handled on a stacking table by various people and a couple of judges hired for the event. It is great breguet replica place to learn show ring etiquette and get a lot of practice before they go into the real show ring. It is a nice opportunity to meet others with purebred dogs.

This event is sponsored by Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers of BC. http://www.lowermainlanddogfanciersofbc.com/lnks/index.htm. If they make any money from the event, it goes into their general fund to cover other expenses.
